Returns & Exchanges

If you purchase anything from the Wikimedia Shop that does not meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date. Please follow the instructions below for how to return or exchange an item(s).

 

Q: How do I return an item? 

A: Cut and paste the text highlighted in yellow into an email and send to merchandise@wikimedia.org and you will receive clear instructions on the Returns Process.  Replace the (BOLD) text with your own information after you paste the text into an email.  Once your return package has been received, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days.  Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to clear your account.

Replace the (BOLD) text with your own information after you paste the text into an email. Once your package has been received, your replacement item will ship within 1-2 business days.
